Bar & Events Function Staff

We are looking for bar and events function staff to work with us covering match days, social events and private functions. These events can cover either weekdays or weekends, and from day to night. If you have flexibility to cover any of these days or hours we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

The main responsibility for our bar staff is to ensure excellent product delivery and a safe and enjoyable experience for customers and fellow staff, in addition you will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensure customers are greeted and made welcome and served with courtesy and efficiency

  • Serve various beverages including wine, and bottled or draft beer

  • Process customer payments

  • Mix ingredients to order and prepare cocktails and other drinks

  • Slice and prepare fruit for garnishing drinks

  • Where necessary check identification of customers in order to verify age requirements

  • Collect and clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment

  • Clean bars, work areas, and tables

Skills & Experience

You will also need to demonstrate:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong customer focus

  • Team working skills

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and to work in a busy environment

  • An eye for detail

  • Vibrant, enthusiastic, friendly nature

  • Enjoy working for an enthusiastic and lively team
